No cause there is a chemical in nailpolish to make the color appear and if you take that out you could eat it but not wear it and i do not think it would taste very goodIs there a such thing as flavered nail polish?

No. But their is smelling nail polish that I occasionally use.
no because its not for eating. there is smelly nail polish but it doesn't really work.
