What's the best brand of nail polish?

easy and smooth to put on, not gooopy or thick...dries kinda fast?What's the best brand of nail polish?
OPI is pretty good, but doesn't dry really fast, also there is:

Always use a basecoat. My personal fave is: CND Stickey

O.P.I is awsome also Milani. My favorite has definatly got to be Brucci nail hardener it dries within 2 minutes of putting it on. Also, wet n' wild came out with this nail polish drier that you paint on right after you paint your nails and it dries ridicoulusy fast. STAY AWAY FROM SALLY HENSEN. it takes forEVER to dry!!!

chanel but its pretty expensive. OPI is good too and its affordable
OPI is really good. You can usually only get them in salons tho.
