It's definately safe to use, but it might not last as long and it will probably chip faster. If you like it then use it but you might want to put a clear coat on top of it to prevent chipping!Is it okay to use nail polish thats like 3-4 yrs old?
It'll be safe to use, but it won't be good quality (chipping, uneven coats, ect). I use mine for a year, tops, and then I throw it out.
well it doesnt do anything bad besides its probably really thick, and clumpy but it doesnt mess up your nail in any health way
No because its probably all nasty and dried out, LOL! Plus when you try to put it on it will be all clumpy, LOL!

just make sure it's all the way dry. sometimes it takes a while to dry too.
