if there are any ULTA s by you that is a great store. I think PIGGY POLISH has some bright yellow. maybe try the internet for something. Sorry i dont live around you but i hope i helped. OH! 5 BELOW might have some too.

Target has different colored nail polish, I'm pretty sure there's one in Canada. Or, you could go to Hot Topic. They have a bunch of neon colored nail polish.
